—THE PROBLEM

Your books are technically done. But who's actually answering your questions?

Most bookkeeping shows up as a spreadsheet or a portal notification — accurate, maybe, but disconnected from whoever's supposed to explain it. When you have a real question about your numbers, you get a ticket queue, a generic answer, or a wait until next month's call.

01

You don't know who to ask

A bookkeeping team hands off your file to whoever's available. You explain your business over again every time you have a question.

02

Compliance without insight

Your books are accurate enough to file taxes, but nobody’s connecting the numbers to a decision you’re actually trying to make.

03

Advisory is a separate, expensive add-on

Real financial guidance usually means hiring a second person - a fractional CFO who doesn’t know your day-to-day transactions the way your bookkeeper does.

—WHAT YOU CAN COUNT ON

Three things every Jenkins Bookkeeping client gets, no exceptions.

Not promises — the standard every month, whether you're a one-truck operation or running multiple properties.

Books closed by the 10th, every month

Weekly categorization throughout the month means the close is fast and clean — a P&L and balance sheet delivered by the 10th business day, without exception.

A real answer within 24 hours

You get my direct number — not a ticket system. Most questions get answered same-day, and it's always me, not a rotating team member.

A quote within 1 hour, onboarding just as fast

Once you send your documents or QuickBooks access, you'll have a fixed monthly quote within the hour — and we can start right away.

— PRICING

What it typically costs.

Bookkeeping is priced by transaction volume, not a flat package — so no two quotes look exactly alike. These ranges give you a realistic sense of scale before your free call, not a fixed menu.

Just Getting Started

$150–400/mo

Straightforward bookkeeping, priced to your transaction volume.

Growing Operations

$400–800/mo

Bookkeeping plus Financial Advisory for businesses ready for deeper insight.

Complex / Multi-Entity

$800–2,000+/mo

Multiple properties, heavier advisory scope, or custom analysis work.

Your exact rate is based on transaction volume and confirmed within one hour of receiving your documents or QuickBooks access — not a guess, and not a wait.

— ADVISORY ADD-ON

When you're ready for more than the numbers — you want to know what to do with them.

Available as an add-on to any bookkeeping plan, priced separately based on scope. Most clients land between $300–$800+/month.

— WHO YOU'RE WORKING WITH

You're not handed off to a team. You work with me, directly.

I'm David Jenkins. Most bookkeeping firms split your books and your financial guidance between two different people — a bookkeeper who knows your transactions, and an advisor who doesn't. I do both myself, so the person answering your strategy questions is the same person who's been in your books all along.

I'm a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor with a background in professional accounting, and I keep my client list small on purpose. My focus is contractors, trades, and real estate investors — but I also work with other small businesses (an embroidery shop is one of my longest-running clients) where the same principle applies: accurate books, a direct line to me, and advisory when you're ready for it.
